We send the PDF Pattern as soon as possible once we receive a payment email from Paypal. This is normally within a couple of hours of purchase ( unless we are out for the day , or asleep – please bear in mind there may be a time difference as we are in an GMT time zone. )

The email is sent to your email address as given to paypal; plus any other that are noticed.
If you don’t appear to have received your purchase within 12 hours, do check payment has been processed and then that they are not in your “junk” or “spam” folder. Sometimes WonkyZebra gets sent on a slight detour into them and needs rescuing!
Otherwise do contact us so we can sort out why, resend, or just wake up! etc.! LOL
Please note that in order to look at the PDFs you will need a PDF viewer; which are freely available online.
Pages are scaled for A4 and should be printed “100%” NOT “fit to page” to avoid any distortions.
Please be aware that the language in the patterns is also “vintage” and can sound odd to modern ears; convoluted, patronising or even slightly offensive – as well as charming and quaint.. It is part of the pattern but of course WonkyZebra apologizes should any of it annoy you. Mostly it is very clear and easy to follow; like old black and white films!
